I’d agree, I usually seek out the reduced rails in the normal department stores, Macy’s, Pennys, Sears, Bealls and so on (I do miss Burdines!) and have had far better deals. I don’t really like the outlets.

We went to the premium outlets I Drive last week, up near Universal, got some great bargains, and when stuff went through the till sometimes they were cheaper than the ticket price! That happened in the Disney character warehouse! And Victoria's Secret!
