Sounds very much like Florida Masters put you through this so they could trouser £1000. I’d be fuming. They need to pass that saving back to you!

So you paid extra to VA for the bubble seats and as FM have cancelled you to save money for themselves you’ve lost that money? If true that’s a scandal and I’d be reporting FM to ABTA

After a conversation with Lee, I've bee told ' that someone in the ticketing team didn't do the booking correctly hence why I've a new booking & new reference number' Florida Masters are now on the phone to VA to get the seats back for us in the bubble, god knows how they will do this as some folks have already got row 80 in the way to Orlando...

Been told that I'll get a phone call later confirming all this & I'll also get my tickets issued so that none of this happens again...

My wife is a TA (not Florida) and generally TA’s don’t book the flights but hold them off and pay when they need to be ticketed. I would imagine your TA has gone to ticket the flights and noticed they can get them cheaper and rebooked. Not nice but it’s the way they work.

Don't believe a word, they rebooked you to save themselves a grand in cash, thinking you'd only find out at the airport.

Hope they realised that what they might have saved will pale compared to the amount they will now lose
