Copper Creek Contract Gone For $125
Just seen it on the other board ROFR thread.

Stripped, but that is a great deal for Copper Creek.

Tempted to start low ball offers but Mrs YT would kill me, particularly with the travel uncertainty.

BLT also gone for $130.
