New Forest holiday cottages - recommendations please

As all our foreign holiday plans for this year have been abandoned we are hoping to get away for a week in the UK at the end September.
Looking for a cottage for 2 in the New Forest. If you have stayed in NF who did you book through?
Ideally would like a traditional cottage but with fairly high spec / mod cons inside. We would have been celebrating our 30th Anniversary in New York, so a bit of luxury would be lovely.

We have 3 nights booked in the NF in November as a treat for the kids, my 14 year old has wanted to go for ages, we've booked a gorgeous lodge at Sandy Balls, through Away Resorts, with a private hot tub, and there are facilities onsite but its also very private. Comes highly recommended by friends who have visited several times. We're really looking forward to it!

How funny, our first holiday away with DS now 22 was to Sandy Balls. It was lovely! Hope you have a great time
