New job

Well I’ve been shielding since I came home from Florida on April 5
DIL is a home care manager her and her teams have been in lockdown with their clients ( private care firm )
When I came home she asked me to take over 2 tasks ( I’ve 35 years nursing background) Rotas and ordering of prescription/ delivery / audits / safe practices
All at the moment from home but/I’ve been offered it as a part time role
All being from home on line etc so no interruptions to our holidays etc
Ive said happy to take on the role and train / support someone who needs to retrain now in the current climate but chuffed to be offered the job anyway

D I fully intend to train someone to do the role even if I don’t get paid to do it we all if we can need to in what everyday we can restart the job market / economy and it’s a role someone can do from home if they need to with just maybe 1/2 days a month onsite and could most definitely be expanded to cater for more than one similar care provider but again not a totally faceless role
CARE SERVICE and yes I’m shouting never ever should be faceless every one has an amazing role to play and not one better than another
