Cabins were nice on both.

For me food is better on NCL, there are also more places you can eat for free, I don’t do buffets, but on NCL there were the MDR, the pub, and an Asian restaurant all inclusive.

The main show entertainment is better on NCL, but P&O has the edge over other stuff to do, I really missed the Sea screen and the sea day films in that big lounge in the middle too. The quizzes and talks etc were better P&O.

I think horses for courses really. I think DH would have preferred P&O, as he found the rudeness and the excessive drinking hard to deal with, but I think you would have seen less of it on a bigger ship where the focus wasn’t drinking.
And this is coming from me who loves a drink and got every penny of value from the P&O drinks package, but occasionally it was embarrassing
Personally I find NCL better than P&O, especially in terms of entertainment and dining. Food being a very dramatic difference in favour of NCL. But obviously P&O is cheaper!
