18th birthday long weekend - ideas needed

It's my daughter's 18th in November so we said we would take just her away for a long weekend anywhere she wanted.
She has chosen Orlando and now I'm trying to price up - was thinking I could get flight and a Universal hotel for around £2500 thinking that included tickets as well as early entry and front of line passes. However I now realise I've still got to buy tickets.
We will have 4 full days - would appreciate any advice on best options ?
We were originally thinking maybe 2 days in Universal, 1 at Disney and 1 day shopping but not sure how practical this is.

No way I would do the flight for 4 days personally, it would have to be a week
Minimum for me

I think with the greatest will in the world even a week can seem too short! If it was me I would get a park to park ticket for 1 day at Universal and maybe a 2 day hopper for Disney depending on which you prefer. It will leave you with so little time for anything else though like enjoying some relaxation time and or shopping I know it would burn us out on that schedule but... I take my hat off to you if your able to do all that! Best of Luck and hope it all works out for you.

We spoke to people in the club lounge at RPR from London area and they had done exactly that. It was a 3 generation family trip and they were having a blast. Think they only did Universal though.

If I was close enough to an airport where I could get direct flights I would do it.

I'd go to Disneyland Paris. There are two parks (2 minutes walk away from each other), Disney Village restaurant/shopping bit (5 minutes walk from the parks) and on site hotels are within walking distance of the parks and Disney Village. DLP has its own railway station. I always get the direct Eurostar from London and don't know about flights.

I went to Alton Towers for my 18th, came home to a huge birthday cake.

Don't spend thousands on a short trip to Orlando for a few days and there are far better options for 18th birthdays. If it was her who had to pay then I'm sure she wouldn't do it either!
