Gone. Did you ask disney what your options were x
We are in the same boat, 10 nights booked at POR with tickets and QSDP paid £300 deposit, but our flights are booked separately and paid in full with Aer Lingus, as we are a family of 5 with one child classed as an adult they were not cheap!

Really do not know what to do at this time, but I must say I am finding it very frustrating that Disney are keeping us waiting so long for confirmation of our options, I am trying my very best not to call them as I realise they will be inundated with calls and looking at the posts from people who have called they seem to be all getting told a different tale?

We are due to pay our balance on 22nd June so will hold out a while longer

Also in the same boat, we have decided to move to Easter. We have flights on hold for 14 days at cheaper than we paid this year, although direct and are awaiting a price from a TA for universal.

If there is an offer from Disney we shall use that, not much hope though, if not we are looking at using renting DVC points, although never done this before just lost confidence in Disney at the moment.

We cancelled Disney on Sunday after phoning Virgin and getting our flights refunded. No ‘have a magical day’ for us at the end of the call 😪

Called disney said our payment date is extended think it was a month before so we can decide what to do. Also my flight has been cancelled and rebooked from Heathrow and virgin have offered me a refund as they said its a cancellation.

All good well not quite we booked through Netflights who said no to refund now going round in circles 🙄

Posted a few times. Hotel and tickets booked direct with disney and flight booked virgin paid via netflights as our agent. Been arguing with netflights as virgin agreed the change from LGW to LHR was classed as a cancellation and change in flight completly with flight number and change in plane so said they would refund me but must be done via agent. Netflights said I wasn't entitled to refund!

Finally netflights have agreed. I know this is only a small win at the moment and the wait or fight is no where near over but I have the reply and I've screenshot it just incase I need it. So looks like we are definitly cancelling now for August. Slightly relieved and sad aswell.

Phoned up TAP for our flights today, as they cancelled them, they will refund

spoke to someone after about 25 mins, he put me on hold and had " dead air " for 30 mins, he came back and it was done, refund will take 30 to 90 days to process
