Thanks I think it must be the pressure setting then? How do I adjust it and where is it
As you can see I’m a complete novice! The vinyl I used was only a small piece and I think it’s permanent vinyl I can’t find the label at the mo but I’m sure it is
Here’s the size I used

The Cricut glitter vinyl is awful to work with. I use vinyl from MDP but even the unbranded vinyl from Amazon cuts better than the Cricut glitter. I found that even changing the pressure didn’t help, however I have everything crossed for you that it works out. Xx

I have to agree the Cricut htv was awful to work with. I have bought from gmcrafts and really like their glitter HTV etc.

I made this for my MIL for mothers day, she has dementia and is in a care home..

Aaww that is so lovely! Dementia is an awful disease I lost my dad 2 years ago with it and my mum in law had sundowning, she died last June

I am really sorry to hear that! The glitter permanent vinyl I get from MDP is ‘flat’ not like the Cricut vinyl. However I think it potentially lasts longer if you are using it on glasswear. I hope you are still having fun making things despit the glitter vinyl issues.

That's so sad Im sorry.. this indeed a cruel disease.

Getting back onto the vinyl have you tried flipping the vinyl over and try cutting it that way? I know some vinyl that have bought in the past you cut the opposite way to the shinny side. Just a thought.

I'm new to this but I wonder if it would work if you selected craft card or at least a thicker material and used a different blade?
