Did you phone BA to do this as a package ? Does that mean you only pay a deposit, if so could I ask how much do BA charge as a deposit.

I'm not certain yet as we're not going until Aug 2022. My initial thoughts are Premier Inn, Bath Road and Purple Parking.
Currently, it looks like we'll be arriving late on the Friday night (probably midnight!) as DW works late on a Friday and probably can't take the day off... so with that in mind plans might change. Not really sure what the best thing to do is yet, but plenty of time to decide...
If we're able to get there earlier then i'm thinking of something a bit more lush than a Premier Inn... so we can start our holiday in the best possible way.

Hi, we will be using the shuttle from Purple parking as we are booked in there starting the night of our stay at PI.

As far as I know there is not a shuttle from the hotel itself but there are public transport options.

There always used to be a shuttle to both T2/T3 and T5 but it's not showing on the hotelhoppa website at the moment. It looks like the service has been drastically reduced to only a few hotels.

I'd expect it to be back at some point - probably when Heathrow is operating to nearer capacity, so whether that'll be September is anyone's guess.

Having said that, Premier Inn's prices are usually so good that if you book a room and a taxi, you still come out ahead.
