DLP - sadly cancelling

Same here, we were due to go in November and had been upgraded to NPB Compass Club but its just not going to happen like we want. Testing and potential quarantining, France could go on the this Red list at any point and I'm not happy about masks in the parks (it wasn't a deal breaker, I could have lived with it) so email gone just now to cancel. Hopefully we'll do Christmas next year.

For those of you who have cancelled/moved dates. Was it easy enough? I have visions of the language barrier on the phone getting in the way?

We will make a proper decision next month, but I’m already looking at backup plans - albeit in the UK, but more a night in a hotel and zoo days rather than a holiday site type thing.

I did it a few days ago and it was very straightforward and I wasn't on hold for too long either. A lot of the time you get through to the US call centre anyway so there is no language issue. I could see the amend dates on my account on the website a few minutes after the call and the email confirmation came through the next day.
