August 2021 Planning - Will we get there?

My flight is on 30th Aug with TUI, I contacted them to ask for an update on flight cancellations and they told me they were due to resume on 16th Aug. Clearly a lie and just another fob off. It’s frustrating but I’ve written it off now, gonna be Mid Sep at the earliest I think.

I’m also 30th august, hanging by a thread, one day earlier and we’d be cancelled! Just want to know one way or another so I can plan another backup to Portugal or something!

Interesting they are saying no travel as cases have gone up and the delta variant.

Makes you wonder why they didn’t open up months ago when cases were low and delta not found yet?

It’s like the science is a good excuse when it suits what they want to do!

Well I’m out. Cancelled the universal hotel and virgin cancelled my car hire. We’re off to crete. at this point i just need some sunshine. So gutted for everyone. Hope we all get to florida again soon
