Apple Watch strap

Hi, I have Apple Watch SE 40mm with silicone style strap in white.

I’ve just started going to gym and I’m finding that my skin is getting very sweaty & irritated under strap. What strap do you find best for gym/exercise and do you buy compatible or from Apple.

Any suggestions really appreciated.

I knew my DH wouldn’t get on with the silicon strap when I bought him an Apple Watch for Xmas. I chose a sports strap which is much better for him as he has a manual job.

I can imagine you can get a strap cheaper elsewhere but with apple stuff I find the official stuff lasts longer.

I have the sports loop which is much better and then I change it for the silicone one if I go swimming .
I also have one that looks like a scrunchy round my wrist which is super comfy

I have just bought a couple of the stretch woven straps from eBay.. one in black and one in coral.
They are so comfy and don't make my wrist sweat at all.

I bought the braided apple strap n it’s sooooo comfy. I go to gym regularly n the strap remains comfy.

I have the Nike Sports silicone one and has holes round the strap which allows my skin to breath so doesn't get sweaty or clammy when l go to gym.

Thanks everyone for your input, I think I’m going to go for the sport loop style. X

I fancy one of those scrunchie type bands - do they feel secure?
