My first lockdown was atrocious. I was getting through packets of biscuits, takaways, on the wine at 5pm every night, was disgraceful and I piled the weight on as I already needed to lose some.
Second lockdown I thought enough is enough and I have been calorie counting ever since

I am totally innocent.
 However I blame Asda for selling me all those Easter Eggs back in the first lockdown in 2020 for between 10p and 50p each! Why did they serve me. They should have asked me to leave the Shop but oh no they were quite happy for me to spend £5 and have a trolley full which of course I then ate.

I piled on the weight last year but have been on WW and exercising since 1st Jan. I've lost just over 2.5 stone so that's the lockdown weight, plus more. I found losing weight in lock down much easier than usual as there was less temptation and I had more time to meal plan and cook. I'm finding it harder now that pubs and restaurants are back open.

I did really well during the last lockdown and was exercising, eating healthy and managed to lose loads of weight. Unfortunately it's all gone to pot in this latest one as I've put it all back on and more
 am really trying to get back into the healthy mindset but I just have no motivation and it all just feels so much harder this time.
