Adding Extra room after free Dining offer?

We've booked 4 off us in 1 room with free dining etc.
My daughter (21) has just asked if her boyfriend can come with us but can't commit until later in the year due to possibly work commitments.
Changing to a 5 person room is not an option so would have to add another room and put my daughter and BF in there .
Can this be added after the free dining offer has finished and still get the free dining ?

No, unfortunately not. You can only book 1 room at a time, so her room would be classed as a new booking and not linked to yours in any way, so she won't get your offer. The best option is to book a room now for just 1 person to lock it in and then if she can't come she'd just lose the £50 deposit.

Good Idea
So if we book 3 people in our room and 1 in her room we can always add her to our room if the Boyfriend thing doesn't work out and cancel the other room minus the £50 deposit .

Whats the latest you can add another person to your room and they can still get the free dining . we are thinking of going Sept 2020 and the Balance would be due August 2020 .
Im worried this little loophole might stop and we wont be able to add her to ours and still get the free dining for her

Any time. Disney's system isn't set up to have people in the same room on a different offer, so as soon as you add her you'll have to add a ticket for her which will trigger the free dining

I think you’d have to add the extra person on before the free dining ends which I think is the beginning of November, to ensure they get free dining.

No you don't. You can add someone to the same room at any time and they will still get free dining as everyone in the same room has to be on the same offer - it doesn't matter when you add them.
