DLRP Annual Passes

Hi there, we're a family from Hull in East Yorkshire. We've bought annual passes in previous years, back when they were significantly cheaper

Anyway we're going in August, and want to get the passes sorted.

We've two options buying outright, or paying by installments. Yes we'll have a monthly charge for the SEPA payments with Santander, but we won't have such a massive lump sum to fork out in one go.

My query is this... (and yes I've contacted DLRP, but weeks later, still no answer)

We are a family of six, do we still get the 20% discount for multiple passes (5 & over), when we pay in installments?

It seems a simple question, but I can't find answers online, and like I mentioned we've not had any answer from DLRP.

Any help would be most welcome.

Thanks in advance.

Richard

Thanks Tinker82... an answer within a couple of hours, much quicker than the non existent reply from Disney really appreciate you taking the time to answer.

Seems cheeky, to ask another question, but is this something they can arrange on site? with you saying taking proof of address... or do you think it's best to sort out here in England in advance?

One further question... if we did arrange here, like now, but don't use for the first time in August, presumably we'd start the monthly payments now, but the 12 month annual pass wouldn't start until the first time we get our physical passes?

Previously we paid in full for passes, and took the cards to exchange for plastic photo cards at the Annual Passport Office.

Thanks

No worries I just happened to be online at the right time!
I'm not certain but I think you have to buy on site to get the family discount?
There have been lots of changes to the APs lately so personally I would buy at desk 12 outside the studios to save any issues with postage etc

You can only get 20% off when you buy on site. We bought our annual passes from the studios about 4 weeks ago (we are a family of 5). We have gone for the monthly option it was very easy, you don’t get the 20% off the deposit so you pay that but you get it off the overall price.
We have not paid our first monthly payment yet but there didn’t seem to be a problem setting it up they just asked for our iban number.
If you have bought annuals before then you will still be on the system so it’s even quicker they even re used our pictures and just took new ones of the children as they had changed a bit as we have not had them for 2 years.
