Kids footwear at waterparks/pool

Hi

Can kids wear these kind of things in the waterparks and the resort pools? (Crocs Swiftwater River Sandals)

crocs/p/kids-swift...d=09W#start=23

My kids aren't keen on watersocks or watershoes so I thought something like this would be fine to wear around the resort and then dip in the pool and back out and around the resort again etc without even needing to change them!

That's what we were originally thinking of, however they don't look suitable to wear outside the pool? We are thinking that the sandals can be worn all day both in and out of the pool... My question is though, are the sandals allowed to be worn in the pools and on the slides?

I don’t think you can. I think they have to be removed for the slides

Ok thanks. But I guess "water socks" would be ok to wear on slides?

they tend to have rubber soles, so no... can you imagine their foot catching going down a slide... it is for their safety (less wrenched knees) that they have to take them off on the slides, not in case they come off etc.

Exactly this, I believe all footwear no matter what has to be removed before you go on any slides
