wdw ticket refund

Received my email on 12/06 to say we could keep our wdw tickets (we purchased direct from disney) or we could go through the link provided on the email and request a refund.

seeing what is currently going on in Florida we do not think we can go in April 2021 unfortunately so have logged in tonight via the link to start the refund process.

But when i log in i cant find an option to request a refund at all.

Am i missing something please?

Sorry I wasn't aware that they were offering this on ticket only, it certainly wasn't one of the 3 options on their packages.Assuming the same rules applied then you had until the 27th to let them know, so you are going to need to contact them

If the email was anything like the one for the packages, then that said if they didn't hear from you by the end of the 27th June, then they would automatically cancel the package and provide a refund.

So, it's possible they may be cancelling your ticket and sending you a refund anyway. Maybe. You'd need to check the email.

BTW, my package is still shown on the Disney website even though I selected to cancel it. I think the same is true for others. Someone on another thread said they'd contacted Disney about this and Disney had said it'll take a few days to cancel them. It could be the same with your tickets.

You missed the deadline which was the 27th.

If you did nothing though, then it should be an automatic cancellation anyway. A lot of refunds seemed to come through yesterday, or rather cancellation notices, the money itself may take longer.

I had the email and I was ticket only. I clicked the refund button but ended up phoning and got my refund about 3 days ago.

Phone, I found them very helpful.
