My response was the same as this and, likewise, I've taken that to mean up to two months. I cancelled 3 April so plan to send a follow up email at the start of June if I haven't received the refund yet.

That’s really bad. We are due to go 4th July so need to cancel it in June as I don’t think we will be going 😢

I had a reply yesterday to my email where I had asked again for a timescale. I was told to wait at least 2-3 billing cycles.

I am updating the threads to which I have posted on this topic to let people know that my DC refund was received yesterday.

Timeline: cancelled by me (via email) 01.04.20; acknowledged by DC 03.04.20; refund received 03.07.20. A three month wait and a £27 addition on the exchange rate that I am choosing to view as compensation for waiting time!

I hope everyone else starts to see their refunds soon too.

Finally got a personal reply after complaining that they kept sending standard copy/paste replies. They said on Monday it should be processed ‘soon in the next week’ - nothing received yet
