Ours are showing a 4 month extension and I haven’t been in touch with Disney at all.

Ours are due to expire in August and have not been extended. I called in April to request a cancellation and they said they submitted a request. It heard anything since.

Ours expire in August too. I think we need to contact them to see if we can negotiate having them available next Easter (and visit the parks), otherwise give us a refund (and not visit the parks).

Just to update, I've had a refund of £355 per ticket back to my credit on which I paid for them today. Expiry of my pass is 16 Aug.

Did this happen automatically, or did you contact them?

Did the £355 per ticket back work out pro rata for the months you had left?

Just checked our credit card and they've refunded 331.42 for each Platinum Plus pass. Not what we wanted at all.
