Universal tickets, who would you use?

Hi all

Looking at 7 nights next september, '21, seven nights at a universal hotel.

who would you buy your tickets from? Taking into account what has happened this year so a good price, good customer service and good refund policy if this was to happen again?

We used Attraction Tickets for our Universal hotel and tickets for our February trip. I found the prices reasonable, great customer service, etc. I think people have been happy with the way they�ve handled things recently too, but maybe have a search on the boards to see

We used orlandoattractions.com last time and they were the cheapest. We booked mnsshp for sept and they refunded us no problem and the money was in my account within 10 days. Excellent service

Can I just recommend that whoever you book with, you make sure to read the cancellation conditions and charges, as some seem to have changed (fairly understandably) due to everything that's happened this year. I've noticed that some have gone from a �10 per person charge to 10% of ticket prices which could make quite a difference.

I would also leave it as late as possible before ordering, or maybe look at an annual pass straight from Universal as they don't activate it until you first use it at a park and you could also get a discount off the price of your rooms by getting a pass holder rate.

We had excellent service from Orlando attractions when we had to cancel this year. Definitely recommend them.

We had bought this years tickets from Attraction Tickets direct and they have been great. We didn�t want a refund but to have the tickets change to next year, which they did with no problems. We also had to add another person onto the booking and they did they at the same price we had paid for this year (saving a few pounds) and also put on for an extra free Star Wars magic band which was a freebie for bookings for this year.

We had to wait 15 weeks to get our Discovery cove refunds and they're the company that I've seen that now seem to charge 10% per order rather than �10 per person.
