Saw Tina a couple of weeks ago. It was great even if you don't know her life story, you will know the songs.

London sightseeing buses are great, Carnaby st, Covent Garden, London eye, sky Garden (free), a trip to Harrods maybe. Oxford St on a shopping spree is also good x

Theres also a place called The Diner on Ganton Street, just off Carnaby Street, its a brilliant American Diner type place.
I second the Book of Mormon unless you’re easily offended, it does sail close to the wind in a couple of places but its very funny!

Musical Theatre show-wise I'd recommend: Hamilton, Les Mis, Joseph, Aladdin, Everyone's talking about Jamie. Or Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.
Not sure how likely you'd be to get tickets for Hamilton or Harry Potter though. Food-wise, I tend to stick to a chain restaurant, Nando's, Frankie and Benny's and the like. There are a lot of places that do themed Afternoon Teas if you want to splurge a little though. Hotel Kensington does one which consists of little representations of London made into the cakes and desserts (same people who did the Beauty and the Beast afternoon tea). Tourist wise, the London Eye is a good way of seeing a lot of London, and you can combine it with another attraction like the Dungeons, Madame Tussauds etc for a discounted price. I also love the National History museum which is free. Oxford Street is good for a wander/window browse as are Harrods and Liberty. Enjoy x |

If you don't want to spend a fortune on theatre tickets use the OFFICIAL half price ticket booth at Leicester Square on the day (be careful a lot of the ticket booths say half price , you want the official booth. It's in the background of a photo I was looking at today , I'll see if I can find it.
We got tickets for Phantom midsummer there for a good price. Found the photo it's actually in the square at Leicester Square. Excuse the celebrity ! |
