Linking onsite stay to tickets

hoping some of you can help... bought tickets from undercover tourist and want to link them to my stay on mydisneyexperinece...can’t do it on the app..but still can’t link on the website...any idea? Don’t want to phone ...undercover tourist site says it’s possible to do...can’t link them yet to magic band as we won’t get this until check in at PORS..but I’d like to book a few fast passes if I can get them

Did you get actual plastic tickets or did you get emailed tickets?

If you got plastic tickets, have you scrubbed off the silver bit on the back to reveal the full 12 digit code? And have you entered that 12 digit code into the link tickets part of the website?



If you got an emailed Will Call tickets confirmation, did you enter the ticket order number under the barcode on the email into the link tickets section?



If none of these worked then I think you'll need to contact Undercover Tourist is some way. Sorry.
