I have watched the update and all that I can say is you are a star Mattie. I have never used you, but your honesty and openness in the way that you keep your customers updated is excellent customer service. Your team are obviously committed to giving your customers a first class service. I will definitely be looking at your company the next time that we go to Orlando.

Our flight is with virgin so have some security I think although no idea how we book seats which is coming up. Will Hays honour the prices we ve been given? Is it a straight swap?Who do we call?
So many questions!
I picked mmh because I wanted a Disney specialist and price was so good. 👎🏻

Same here, we were meant to be booking our ADRs Monday. Slowly realising that they said refund if you had TC flights. I think our holiday for next March now over.

So if ive understood correctly, my mmh booking is now no longer with them but with hayes? That sucks mmh have been so helpful and now ive to deal with a totally new company
