Mattie- no need for our pnr number. I called VA and got it direct from them.

Hiya, didn’t know you could do this- how did they find your booking? Did u just give them your name and dates or did you use your holiday reference number from MMH?

Neither did I but knew I was over my dates and getting my knickers in a twist that we would nt be able to book seats together or in the bubble. I called VA asked to book seats, they found my booking- just gave our name, flight details and they found it. Could nt book bubble on phone but could online.
