Gatwick Parking and Topcashback issues?

I have booked parking through topcashback, but it has only tracked my purchase for £3.25 instead of £40. Is this normal and will uptrack or have I had an issue?

I've been fighting an outstanding £19 with Topcashback for Gatwick Parking for 2 years and recently been advised that I was unsuccessful. They say it's because I used another discount code, which I didn't. Once bitten twice shy. I won't use Topcashback for airport parking again.

I have had exactly the same issue from 2 years ago too!

Thank you. I've put in a claim, but I won't hold my breath. Looking at the reviews, doesn't look like many people are successful.

I have had similar using Quidco and airport parking, rarely pays out
