November weather
Is it usually dry in November, should I throw an umbrella and/or a sweater in the case ?

We've been around 15 times in Nov and into early Dec.
Weather during the day is nearly always shorts and t-shirts but early morning and after sunset often requires a sweater or fleece. Usually dry with low humidity. First week of Nov 2015 it reached the 90s for a few days. You'll often get a cold front come through lasting a day or so but these are well predicted on TV weather channels. Mick

Very little rain, maybe a couple of short sharp showers during my 2 weeks mid-Nov but nothing like in summer.

Sorry I can't help with crowd levels. Not been to Universal parks since 2008 and WDW since 2010. We also never leave the villa pool deck on Black Friday.

Just wanted to say we went last November 2018 and it was really cold most of the time, (they even shut the water parks) confused why some said it was warm, we were there three weeks from about the 10th November until the 1st December and we had no to little rain but we had to wear a zip top most days. I think it was a cold front that came in twice and lasted about 4 days each time.

I am flying out on November 19th from Gatwick and fly home on the 26th, so just before thanksgiving. Crowd predictor reckons it will be busy on the weekend and monday/tuesday before thanksgiving, but its never 100%... its an estimate just in case a lot of Americans take the whole week off work.
Enjoy your trip
