Just read the reviews, from 1 extreme to another, no middle ground.it seems that others were in the same boat as you with flights.

Why dont you speak to CAB for some advice

I personally would amend it (or remove and re-post) so that it doesn't directly mention you or your business.

As it stands, it has your full name and logo for your business, which from a quick google leads to your website/facebook page/personal details, and I would avoid any tit for tat reviews potentially coming back your way.

I�ve amended the profile.

I think for peace I will remove it and hope they still issue the tickets and then review again as someone suggested after we get back.

I will however be asking for a refund on our surprise trip which they ruined as were on loud speaker in my car and announced our February trip would also be cancelled (despite us not having issues over that one :-()

Take review down get what you need and review after your holiday.

I even followed on FB and every photo they posted for a few weeks I posted a link to my DIBB thread about how bad they were. Hope it cost a few customers.😂😂

I wish this company would go bust. I had lots of problems with them for my 2015 holiday. Their customer service is non existent. It's all half truths or downright lies.

We heard nothing
On Sunday I looked at BA and overall the holiday package was �300
More than FM. I sent an email stating this and that due to the fact that we have been unable to get hold of the� for 4 weeks (when we started to try and change the date) there should be no admin fee.
I sent yet another email at lunch basically demanding the contact us...
They did and said they�ve researched and come
Back with �180 pp (�1280 in total) to change.
The ending sentence was �let us know what you want to do but no rush but prices can go up or down�

I�ve responsed with the BA screen shot and have got quite cross and states that perhaps if they followed up emails and phone calls the price would not be so high.
I also stated that I can get it cheaper and if they can�t match the price then I want a full refund of the �700 deposit...

I suspect I won�t get anywhere but I am not paying �1300 (would take it to �800pp for 8 nights feb half term staying at blue heron)
And I can�t affoed to lose the deposit so I may have to beg my headteacher and governors :-(
