Credit card not working on website - ADRs

Today was my ADR day - got everything I wanted but the website would not take my credit card at all- kept saying invalid, please call (tried 3 cards).

If this happens to anyone else, the app worked fine for me!

I also got a Savi’s workshop reservation- assumed they were 180 days but I got 182 - lots of choice of times.

Same here yet exact same card worked ok on the app & direct, I did read something about phone number in incorrect format but my details never change & the card on file is the same one as the last time it worked

We had to un-tick the 'save my card details' part

Have you gone to the check-in screen and just updated the relevant section with your card and save (not necessary to complete all sections). I did this and did not have any problems booking ADRs

Yep I tried this and had the same issue on the desktop site. Luckily the app seemed to work fine!

I've been having a nightmare with CC's and the Disney App and website. It would not work for weeks on any of our cards and then randomly did. Went to book Savi's workshop - not one of our cards would work and had to call to reserve. Tried to reserve dining and it worked again. I think there must be some issues with Disney although they would not admit it neither could they explain what the issue was. Very frustrating especially when you are trying to book things like Savi's workshop.
