Lufthansa APIS - help, please

Our flight tickets say they need passenger information entering. I went to add our information, but I’m not sure what to put in a few sections.

Middle name - there’s an info symbol next to it, but when I click it, the info text pops up (half missing where it’s cut off at the edge of the screen) and immediately disappears before I can read more than a word. I can’t find any way to make it stay open for even a second. I assume it’s ok to leave our middle names on it as they’ve been auto-filled for us?

Visa - it says “If this person needs a visa, enter its details here.” Like most people, we have ESTAs, not visas, so do we leave this blank or enter the ESTA information?

Final destination - how strict is this? Should I put our first night hotel or our main hotel for the majority of the stay?

This is all probably obvious, but I just wanted to check with people who know what they’re doing!

Just answer the questions.
Middle name...put it in if you have one on your passport.
Visa question... as you have ESTAs they are not visas, so don’t put them in.
Final Destination... when you arrive, the first night where you stay is your final destination.

That should do it.

That’s easy enough then. I thought there must be something I needed to know about the middle name section, because of the info pop-up box (that I couldn’t read.) Maybe the unreadable info box is just there to frustrate / confuse people!
