My mojo seems to have gone

I don’t think I have ever been so low. Everything seems to be either annoying me or upsetting me. I try to keep busy - taking on too much at times and end up exhausted.
Have stuck to restrictions which keep me away from family but I see people around me flouting them on a daily basis.
The current situation is putting immense pressure on many of us and causing stress in our relationships.

I pretty much feel the same as many others have said and I’m usually a positive person who loves my job.
We managed to get away for a week in the summer and it was so good but made me miss holidays even more 😳
It’s the no light at the end of the tunnel at the minute, lack of sleep from night sweats and not seeing my dds who live in London
I have no advice really but hope it makes you feel a bit better to know you aren’t alone. Take care and be kind to yourself

We all have a positive person inside, its just that some of us, perhaps those with a sensitive nature, need to dig deep to find it. I am one of those.

When, I start to crash, I think of all the things thats are important in my life and after elimination, that is, my family., not money, not possessions, not houses, just people, nothing more nothing less.

It is important to support each other at this time. I am finding the occasional random hug a great comfort at the moment.

It will end, we will get back to normal, just treat it like a bush tuker trial, and turn the news off.

You guys are kind. It’s reassuring to know I’m not on my own. Today, for the first time in a month, I’ve felt a tingle of positivity. I’ve eaten well this week, been to the gym twice and had a good week at work ... so far!

I’ve just booked for a couple of days away In Derbyshire just before Christmas (plus Covid travel insurance! ) . It’s a lovely lodge and small site where we’ve stayed many times through the years. I’m imagining fire, food and Christmas movies... maybe a woodland walk if I’m feeling energetic.

There is talking to be done but I don’t feel like running away this week.
