That’s probably the right way to do it but I bought meatballs and added mince and cooked it in a tomato and garlic, red pepper sauce for 3 hours. It was very nice but It’s the easy/lazy way! I had tagetelle and they had spaghetti

I take the skins of the sausage and just crumble the meat in I also do it in the oven
Or slow cooker

Oh I have some Italian M&S sausages in the freezer along with meatballs, I’m definitely going to try that

Fillet steak for me TBone for DH he’s having Stilton sauce with his I’m having peppercorn sauce onion rings mushrooms grilled tomatoes and new potatoes pears in red wine with home made clotted cream and a nice bottle of Italian red
