Question Team RH

My aim in 2020 was to lose 1 stone... so now in 2021 I have just 3 to lose to manage that!

DH Phil and I used to be on Slimming World, and it did help us lose some good initial weight... around 5 stone each, but we've both since in the past few years put a fair bit back on, and become a little disenchanted with it.

We have both been looking at Team RH on Facebook, as quite a lot of people have recommended them to us. They're very no-nonsense, say a spade is a spade, and could easily fill up a swear jar or two, but the results speak for themselves, and their methods make a lot of sense.

Are there any other Dibbers part of Team RH? How are you doing on it?

I follow them on Facebook as well, having first heard about them on here. I’m going to join with my brother’s girlfriend. We’re both feeling uncomfortable in our own skin, and Team RH seems to be founded on common sense and realistic thinking.

Thank for this link. I've not heard of it before.

I don't have Facebook so can't check them out other than their website.

I can eat healthy and can calorie count. I don't make time to exercise and like wine and chocolate too much.

I used to enjoy Slimming World but unless 'I'm on it' and go and stay to group I find myself cheating and this obviously can't happen with all the tier changes.

Realistically can/will this give me enough help, support and encouragement?

I desperately want/need to.lose 2 - 3 stone. It looks like it's only £6.99 a month is that right? Is there a minimum commitment, like 12 weeks?

I think it does... the app is superb, AFAIK there is no minimum commitment. There is a huge amount of support on the Facebook page, which if you don’t have might be an issue but I’m happy if you PM me. Also the RH Team are available via the app for questions. There is lots of information on the App

They are the reason along with my running club that I managed to lose 8 stone and have managed to keep it off for 2 years now ☺️

I like slimming world but noticed alot of people yoyo with their weight.

TeamRH teach you about food, and calorie deficit. It's information you can actually use in real life rather than syns and points.

Wishing you the best of luck 😊

Edited to add I never actually signed up to team RH just watched their videos and followed their mantra ☺️ which is calories in Vs calories out
