Multi-quoting

I have just seen I'm not the only person unable to do this, please could someone explain how to quote multiple posts?

On the desktop view click on the multi quote icon (one with speech marks and a + sign) next to each post you want to quote then click on any quote icon.

Multi quote doesn't appear on my mobile view though so won't work on that.

At the bottom right can you see four blue buttons?

Like, Quote, " and Reply.

If you want to multi-quote say four quotes - A, B, C and D in that order

Press the quotation marks button on posts A, B and C then the quote button on post D. You can do D, B, A, C if you like but pressing quote button will put your cursor in the box at the end. You can if you like put your cursor anywhere if you want to answer individually

Arn't they inverted commas to show a quote not exclamation marks/
