Illness..

We are her now and have a one day Disney ticket for today (we had to say the day we was going to use it) my daughter has been up all night with a bug..sickness and diarrhoea... can we change the day, or will we lose them?

I�m not sure I presume if you read terms and conditions you would forfeit the ticket, however I would def get in touch with Disney to get a definitive answer

Hi Jenny. Sorry to hear about the illness. Sad to say your Granddaughter may be next as they are like magnets regarding bugs.

My Daughter had an ear infection in 2017 and we had a one day ticket to Typhoon Lagoon. I can't remember if I initially emailed them or called them whilst over there, however I remember customer Services calling me back and refunding the whole amount as we were unable to reschedule that holiday as it was a day or two before we came home, so that might make a difference.

When we had MNSSHP tickets and daughter was ill I called Disney. They were so helpful, changed it to a different day and even refunded the difference as the new date was cheaper.

Thanks for all the help...I went to Disney Springs and rescheduled them 🙂...I lost $40 for a missed reservation though as it wasn�t enough time to cancel it. 🙄

Jenny. If you ring the accounting team or the dining team they will waive the $40 fee normally. They tend to be very helpful when it involves sickness and the fact you rescheduled the tickets proves you aren't at it!

Bit of a faff but money is money.
