CBD Oil
I am using cbd oil for medical purposes (not medically prescribed) purchased from a reputable herbal shop. Has anyone had experience of taking this through customs, or do you buy while on holiday, if so has anyone any recommendations as to where to buy? Thanks again in advance!

i believe it's still illegal in florida, so you shouldn't even be taking it into the state.
saying that, i took my vape pen last time and had no issues |

I have heard stories of it being taken off people and then plenty others who have got through fine.
Personally, I would not take the risk. I think it's legal if medicinal? It certainly is available in a wide range of places. |

a woman was arrested last year for carrying CBD oil in WDW:
clickorlando/health/...ts-in-florida/ however, new laws that took effect on jan 1st 2020 may (or may not) help clear things up eu.pnj/story/news/2020/0...-1/2828385001/ personally i'd say its still a grey area, and chances are you'll be fine. but be aware that i'm not a lawyer, and that you may end up in a cell, so if you want to take the risk, thats up to you |

I don’t want to end up in a cell that’s for sure, as I thought it is a grey area so I will leave at home, thanks for the replies.

interesting one! I wonder if CBD products (or using them?) causes any response from the sniffer dogs?

I have a friend who lives in Florida and she won’t even risk buying any form of it for use on her dog who has anxiety.

I am happy to say I don’t bite or bark! (woof) But seriously thanks for your advice I have decided not to risk it, I love Florida and Disney far too much to be barred from travelling there.
