The death penalty would be too much of a mercy for a man like that. I hope he lives for as long as possible and that every single day is torture... I hope he is haunted by what he did for the rest of eternity and that his inmates are made aware also.

I’m normally quite a “cold” person and watch a lot of crime documentaries, interviews etc but this one hit me like a tonne of bricks. My daughters are 2 and 4 and I’m not ashamed to say that I ugly cried for the last 10-15 minutes of this one. As a parent I just can’t take it, it was just a completed betrayal of their love and trust for their daddy. Makes me incandescent with rage. I hugged my two so tight after watching.

I’m just watching now, only about half way through but I can’t believe how much footage there is, their life is so documented with all the video footage.

He looked guilty at the outset, I know you shouldn’t judge someone and innocent until proven guilty but.
May he rot in prison for what he did!

My dh doesnt usually watch these with me but he was gripped by it too.
How anyone could do that to the kids... her parents and brother. The anguish on thier faces was heartbreaking.

I thought it was a bit disrespectful to Shanann displaying the context of the text messages that she sent to her friend .
The ones where he rejected her advances etc . I think it should have showed a bit of respect for the dignity of her memory.

Just seen it. Such a heinous crime.

But an amazing production, i was like a rabbit in the headlights for the 1hr 20min runtime.

Ohhh really? It doesnt surprise me at all, her police interview was shady, she got very OTT and agitated when talking about the murders. It doesnt add up at all, i think she was involved, maybe she fell through the note because the police were focussed on getting a confession out of him
