I received my refund from Orlando attractions.com last week. They took 10% as per their t&c's.
That's one company I won't be using again. Too many broken promises.
Funnily enough we also received the last two remaining refunds that we were waiting on from Virgin and a charge back through the CC for tickets from Visit Orlando.com.

Sent tickets back to Orlandoattractionstickets.co.uk and Orlandoattractions.com in June. Refund received in August from the former, still waiting on the latter! Thanking my lucky stars its only £60 for Gatorland tickets but still annoying.
