Rosen Shingle Creek- no car?

Any one done this? I appreciate it’s a good way from Disney.
Considering using Uber for transport.
Or if that gets too expensive hiring a car once we are there. I know there’s parking charge at parks, is there at the hotel? Booking through BA.
Anything I’m missing?

Gorgeous hotel. We stayed in February booked through BA. Parking was included in our stay but we also booked the car hire through BA. It’s a fair way to Disney. Can’t help with Uber prices or anything as we had a car the entire time. Can really recommend the hotel though.

I agree. I’ve stayed there 3 times now and love it. Personally I wouldn’t without a car but that’s because I like to go out and about a lot and on a whim. Also I travel solo and feel safer with my own car.

The resort is on universal boulevard but is set waaaay back from it, I wouldn’t not stay there without a car there is nothing nearby apart from condo resorts and a Publix supermarket

I also travel solo. I can't drive so never have a car and feel perfectly using Uber out there.

I love this hotel but it’s slightly isolated without a car, but if it works for you... Do you use the bus route - it stops nearby but it’s a bit of a trek from the hotel down that driveway to the bus stop 🙄 !

We are staying next November but have a car. Always have a car as we like to be flexible.
