..about your children being young.
I'll start! Going into the bedroom and watching them asleep knowing full well that only 3 hours before they had been driving you insane ! Come on dibbers - over to you

Mine are still young (10&6) but I am placemarking as hopefully it'll make me appreciate what I have a bit more as their fighting is making home life quite awful at the moment to be honest!

No 2 boys, individually both lovely, together they are a nightmare, they've never gotten on but their rivalry is just getting worse with age. An endless cycle of my eldest trying to keep a distance and my youngest hitting out (mostly figuratively speaking, not always figuratively...) for attention/reaction from him.

You being their whole world. Them snuggling in and falling asleep on you. 💗 My eldest is in year 11 and youngest has started high school and both seem very independent at the minute. I know they still need me obviously - they just don’t show it.

Standing at the school gates at home time and seeing their little face light up when they spot you! Then they run over to you for a giant hug & kiss.
Luckily my youngest still does this. My older two don’t though 😔 |

I miss buying them presents that they liked, dd is the worst and hates everything you buy her. I get her things she asked for but if you get the odd surprise she looks at you liked you shouldn’t of bothered. I liked them asking questions and me knowing things, now I know nothing apperently!
