Oh that phone call came at 0930 this morning. I politely informed them that actually Disney sorted it on Friday with one email! She attempted to backtrack and say they've only just told her lol.

Thankfully everything is sorted and we can go back to looking at menus and planning. First time with the DDP!

But as so many others have said - Virgin should never have let it get to this. I'm so disappointed that they haven't offered you any kind of compensation for the stress & worry you've had to endure because of them!

I've booked many times with them, but I'd certainly be looking elsewhere now.

Been watching this thread since it began and I'm so glad it was fixed!
Disney definitely swooped in as your Fairy Godmother!

I'll definitely never look into booking with Virgin after this though.. I've always booked directly with Disney (both DLP & WDW) and never had a single issue.
