Do a dummy booking with your dates and it will advise aircraft type.

Thank you, I carried out the dummy booking and there was no alert, so Im presuming it must be ok.

There was no mention of it being on Amazon.

As you probably know, an Amazon Fire tablet is just an android tablet with a custom launcher and Google services removed. It's very, very easy to install google play onto them (I've done it to two of ours). You would then be able to download the app.

anyone asking "Am I on the at2" beware as glitch on website shows this

it doesn't actually show the link to the warning about the IFE - so it you see this you are on the AT2

I have complained to them about the no power as that's just STUPID

anyone else on this should complain too.

Can you point me to a good (easy) guide for getting Google Play on the Fire please? It is the 7" version (the cheap one) with a SD card.

I have complained again, and again a different member of TC has said there are power points onboard so our devices can be charged. Why are different members of staff coming back with different replies ?! Getting really annoying now !

With kindle fire, it's better to put your own stuff on, assuming you have prime, even the premium TC films are months old, I think the newest is fantastic beasts.
I've downloaded a couple of box sets onto mine, not paying to watch old films.

officially on the website its saying no power - but they will sell battery packs Uncharged - but the guy on chat yesterday said Of Course they will be charged!

highly short sighted to put in the seats and no power...

possible just logistical, I think the power units on AT1 and build into the screen, so no screen, no power - so they would need to come up with another solution... I have 3 kids, Id need a car battery in my hand luggage to keep their stuff charged - I'm less stressed as this will be on our homeward journey so between food and 6pm TO I think we 1 charge should be ok, but if this was on our outward journey Id complain and switch planes.

ALSO nice to have 2 apps - but it wouldn't be a leap to make the content browser web based, so I think other devices will work too - just the app is more appy.
