We have enjoyed Texas de Brazil in the past, not sure if there are any newer ones to try that are along the same lines
Any recommendations would be great

Fogo de Chao is slightly better in our opinion. The food isn't quite as salty with the seasonings.

On Friday's, the lunchtime selection is the same as the dinner menu but for the price of lunch.

There's a newish one near the Kobe at Lake Buena Vista - Black Fire. We liked it but not the cheapest meal you will have, also at the time they didn't have fountain drinks so no free refills.

its argentinian, not brazilian, but its basically a giant meat buffet like the brazilian place i went to in the uk a while back...

went a couple of years ago and enjoyed it. came out far too full with meat though! they cut off a steak from a giant joint of beef and cook it to your liking
