Ordering landrys card

Hi all, I want to order a landrys card for our August trip and remember reading something about how to fill in your address so that the card gets delivered, can anyone help?

You need to put UK in the country line next to whichever U.K. country you're in. I think that's it.

Trying to fill in the address form online and the state/province line is only giving US options, how do I get past that?

I got mine 3 years ago so can't remember any of that being an issue. Hopefully someone who has ordered one more recently can help.
