Vegetarian meals at Rose and Crown Epcot

Does anyone know if they serve vegetarian meals at the Rose and Crown in Epcot? I've looked at their menu and can't see any listed.

Also if we want to watch illuminations from there will a 7pm meal time be ok or is it too early?

It is a bit early, we had an ADR for 7pm, we ate slowly and had lots of cups of tea after pudding, it wasnt busy though, there were empty tables around us. I think as long as you keep on ordering you should be ok!

Thanks for the replies. I was thinking that 7pm was a bit early but we've only just decided that we want to have a meal there and that's the latest time available . I'll keep checking in case there are any cancellations.

We are in the same position - son is vegetarian and we have a 1915 hours reservation. I have signed up for reservation alerts with both Touring Plans and Mousedining.

Sign up with Mousedining too as I receive their alerts slightly earlier. I have managed to get BOG breakfast and dinner and Beaches and Cream etc with them☺.

The only thing you have to watch out for is that sometimes the alert comes through in the middle of the night and you have to be quick to reply. I have taken to going to bed with my phone😁. I work nights and missed one the early hours of the other morning as I was very busy and missed the alert☹️.
