Well you suggested in a particularly snarky way that the servers should just get better jobs. I strongly disagree with that kind of attitude. I don't know what the job market is like there, but given I am a careers adviser I greatly dislike the 'get a better job' attitude so many like you seem to have.

I don't think we've ever tipped under the 20% (other than in Cracker Barrel once)
When in Rome...

As others have said though, isn't the tip included at CRT?

I can't see why anyone would think you wouldn't still tip the same % whether a meal was $20, $200 or even $2000. Tips are always worked out as a percentage on the total, no matter how much that is.
Got to say though, I really need to read the receipts more because I didn't realise CRT included tip and we left another 20%, our server was brilliant though and deserved it
