Thomson are unusual in that you don't have to buy your tickets at the same time. My friend did this a couple of years back, just book acc / flights then added tickets and dining after. I was having kittens as I was sure this wasn't possible but it was and they did!

I've had a quick look on Thomsons and it says

"You can book your tickets and free Disney Dining Plan online with us when you book your holiday. Alternatively, you can book in-store or by calling our contact centre to add on your tickets and dining plan to an existing booking, as long as it is added prior to 6th November, subject to availability. "

OP hope you get it sorted today

Fingers crossed for the OP that this is what they've done and it's just not been put through the system properly so can easily be sorted by Thomson.

Been to front desk and the rep said Thomsons only do one promo and the fact that we had the 14 day ticket for cost of 7 days that is it even though the tickets cost £412 each.
Obviously we are distraught however spoke to a manager and they are going to allow us the dining plan for half the cost.

That is complete rubbish. The 14 for 7 is a Disney promo not a TUI one!

Oh dear, that's not good from the rep

I'm pleased that the manager is trying to help you in some way and even though it's not what you wanted or thought you'd booked, I'd still say that you got a great deal even with having to pay half price for the dining plan.

Hopefully you can get on an enjoy your holiday now and maybe look to fight it and get the cost back with Thomson once you're home

I agree with Oliver. Sounds like baloney!

Have you checked your paperwork to see if it mentions free dining? Surely you have kept something on email at least?

I would certainly not be purchasing the DDP at half cost, not even for £5 if I was sure I had booked the offer with free DDP.
