FOP +60 Today not working

Been trying to book FP's for all 3 of us and my daughter isnt recognised on system! managed to book FP's for me and hubby but none for her as no ticket?

Called the helpdesk and waited 45 mins to be told apparently they updated their booking system last night and this is a fault for everyone!

Really concerned now that i wont be able to get her a fp with us? The helpdesk guy said that I've to just 'keep trying'?!

We had a similar issue last year, when one of our guests had not been properly assigned, despite being on the same booking. Tech guy on the phone was brilliant and he booked all the FP for us for the first week, a lot quicker than I could have navigated around the system. He checked that all was good and we were able to then book the remainder of days

I hope they do the same when the system is back up and running. To be fair, the tech guy on the phone sounded so harassed as he couldn't access the booking system at all. He sounded surprised that I had even managed to book FP's for myself and hubby! I just worry that we wont get together...
