 I also loved the little things - like yellow cabs and the steam coming up from the streets! but my biggest WOW moment of many was arriving into Manhattan at night in the taxi from the airport - seeing the skyscrapers lit up ! at a certain distance they looked like cardboard cut-outs, so surreal - WOW!

What a great way to start your trip to NYC
, love the look of your burgers and pizza and your hotel looks fab too. Elf is quite possibly the best Christmas movie ever lol

Great start... Love NYC. We are going back in April. We stayed just across from the Shake Shack but never went in... So much other places. Defo on the list for this time. Thanks

I was just pricing up New York the other day (not that we're going for nearly two years!) but the King and Grove is one of the hotels we were looking at so glad to hear you enjoyed it - always prefer to stay in a hotel that you've heard from someone who's sayer there that it's good! Lovely first night, you saw so much!
