Thanks ive sent an e-mail to that address saying that our travel agent recommended we contacted them 2 weeks before arrival

I'm on the second floor but I don't know about any others. I was surprised to get one and am not using it. I'm on my own though so don't need one.

Stayed at YC in august this year with kids aged 15 and 8. Loved it! As it is connected with BC you can use facilities at both hotels. I found YC quieter which we prefer. As others have said - YC rooms all have balcony whilst at BC you might get one without.

Having stayed at both I do prefer BC but can't put my finger on exactly why, it just didn't seem the same at YC (although YC was overun with dogs during my last stay due to Dorrian/hurricane policy which can't be helped and had to move rooms due to barking non stop).

My favourite Disney pool of all the hotels and kids love it.

I should say that while I love BC I prefer POFQ where I stayed last year and where I'm returning next year.
